Frequently Asked Questions

To secure your date a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Your session will not be confirmed or added to my calendar until the retainer is received. Your remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your session. To remain fair to other inquiries, failure to pay the balance 48 hours in advance will result in the immediate cancellation of your shoot and the loss of your retainer.

• Cancellations: Life happens, and I understand! Should you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice (excluding weddings). Failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of your retainer.
• Arrival: To ensure we have plenty of time to capture every moment, please make every effort to arrive on time. If you’re running late, I extend a 20-minute grace period to all my clients. Beyond 20 minutes, we will unfortunately have to cancel the session and your payment will be forfeited.

I am more than happy to come to you! For sessions located more than 45 minutes away, a travel fee will be applied to your final package price. This fee is calculated based on the total distance and travel time required to reach your destination. Please share your location during the inquiry process for a travel quote.

Your final, fully edited collection will be delivered via a private, password-protected Pixieset gallery. This custom link allows you to view and download your high-resolution images with ease. I want you to enjoy your photos as soon as possible, so you can expect your gallery link within 7 business days of our session.

For clients requesting a studio setting, an additional $85 rental fee is required per hour of session time. To secure the space, the studio rental fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please note that studio reservations are not confirmed until this payment is received.

Location Pricing: This rate is based on my preferred studio; however, pricing may vary if a different or specialized location is requested.
